Clinical Translational Science
Clinical translational science is a multidisciplinary field that focuses on the application of scientific research findings to improve health outcomes by translating basic research discoveries into clinical practice and healthcare delivery.
This space includes pharmacokinetic studies that have optimized dosing regimen of tranexamic acid. In addition, we are evaluating the use of biomarkers and neuroimaging in critically ill respiratory failure patients.
Education
Perioperative echocardiography education is an important aspect of training for healthcare professionals involved in perioperative care, including anesthesiologists, cardiologists, and cardiac surgeons.
